    What is Frisk Direct?

    Frisk distributes our training through the Go1 Content Hub and via Frisk Direct. With Frisk Direct, you need your own Learning Management System (LMS) to play our content. We then supply you Frisk Lessons via the SCORM Cloud Dispatch service. You upload these files to an authorised LMS and allocate as required. Frisk restricts allocation quantities and subscription periods through SCORM Cloud.

    How much do Frisk Lessons cost?

    Our starting fees are more than 40% cheaper than other 'SCORM content only models'. We operate two pricing structures:

    a) BITE-SIZED TRAINING

    Who is this for?

    • Clients who want flexible access to Frisk Lessons.
    • Clients with a SCORM-ready Learning Management System (LMS).

    How do you buy lessons?

    An Allocation Licence can be purchased and allocated to one User (through your Target Learning Management System (TLMS)). Once a user starts a lesson, one licence is used (and can not be transferred). There are two purchase options:

    Option 1) Pay-as-you-go: discounts are applied on a per batch basis. For example:

    You order a top up of:

    • 50 AML/CTF Allocation Licences (Awareness Lessons).
    • Total = 50 lessons and discount level 2 applies = £4.25 per lesson.
    • Subscription Period* = 12 months for those 50 lessons (dated from payment received date).
    • You use 50 Allocation Licences within the first month.

    Three months later you order a top up of:

    • 50 AML/CTF Allocation Licences (Awareness Lessons).
    • Total = 50 lessons and discount level 2 applies = £4.25 per lesson.
    • Subscription Period* = 12 months for those 50 lessons (dated from payment received date).

    *The batch of Allocation licences must be used within the Subscription Period. Users retain access to registered lessons for this duration.

    Option 2) Pay later: discounts are applied on a quarterly basis. For example:

    • Quarter 1. You use 600 Allocation Licences (Awareness Lessons).
    • Total = 600 lessons and discount level 4 applies = £3.43 per lesson.
    • Subscription Period** = Extends by 12 months every quarter.
    • Quarter 2. You use 50 Allocation Licences (Awareness Lessons).
    • Total = 50 lessons and the discount level 2 applies = £4.25 per lesson.
    • Subscription Period** = Extends by 12 months every quarter.

    **Users retain access to registered lessons for this duration.

    You can set an Allocation Cap, so you never exceed ‘x’ amount of used Allocation Licences, on a quarterly basis. You are responsible for monitoring your usage quantities. Frisk Support can send you a monthly report.

    Can Frisk support roll outs?

    Frisk Online does not support the scheduling or allocation of Frisk Lessons on the target LMS. Frisk Support can help you create courses: import SCORM content, reading tasks, reminders and test questions (at a fee and subject to you creating us an instructor account through your LMS).
